DressTok provides shipping to Worldwide

Generally, delivery takes 10-20 business days and in peak seasons up to 30 business days. This is because we quality check absolutely everything, and in high volume periods this takes longer for us to process. At, we provide you with the best prices and the most interesting products, at such a great price.

Delivery Time

Standard receiving time (Time you pay successfully) = Tailoring time (around 7-15 business days) + Shipping time (around 5-10 business days).

We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible, and we can send your order either to your home or workplace. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address.

To better communicate with you, please provide a valid email address and check emails after you have purchased for any updated information. Once you have placed your order you will be contacted by e-mail to confirm your order. If your billing address is a P.O. Box, then you must provide us with a physical address by email.

Sometimes shipping times vary due to circumstances outside of our control, such as:

IR Disputes/Strikes
Time of Year(e.g. Holiday Season)
Large or Bulky ltems
Shipping Provider Error If any of the above scenarios occur with your package we promise to keep you well informed with as much information that is available to us.


To back up our commitment and promise to you we will refund the cost of shipping (or give a partial refund if shipping was free) on any item that takes longer than the following time frames to arrive at your destination


We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country.

NOTE: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks, or possibly longer for theslow-to-ship countries listed below. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes. Shipping to certain countries may require additional shipping fees due to the geographical location.


It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
