Generally, delivery takes 10-20 business days and in peak seasons up to 30 business days. This is because we quality check absolutely everything, and in high volume periods this takes longer for us to process. At DressTok.co.uk, we provide you with the best prices and the most interesting products, at such a great price.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address.
Return Policy
Contact us within 3 days after you receive the items. We will accept returns if dresses have damaged, wrong size, wrong color or delivery time - 100% Refund or remake one or return 50% payment to you, you keep the dress. We also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us or standard size which we made right, but we offer free modify.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@dresstok.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
