Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address.
Return Policy
Contact us within 3 days after you receive the items. We will accept returns if dresses have damaged, wrong size, wrong color or delivery time - 100% Refund or remake one or return 50% payment to you, you keep the dress. We also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us or standard size which we made right, but we offer free modify.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@dresstok.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
